The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Center
The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Foundation, Inc. brings you Jazz Fest, Crescent City Blues & BBQ Fest, the Louisiana Cajun-Zydeco Festival, the Heritage School of Music, radio station WWOZ-90.7 FM and many more programs that keep the culture, music and history of southeast Louisiana going strong. Now, we are renovating a historic building located right next door to our headquarters in the Tremé neighborhood of New Orleans. The building will feature seven classrooms designed for music education and a 200-seat performance hall for local and touring acts. The Jazz & Heritage Center will be a space dedicated to preserving and promoting the vibrant cultures of our surrounding communities, a 12,500 square foot home for the arts that make New Orleans unique.
